Position: Postdoctoral Researcher
Qualifications
1. Ph.D. degree with graduate-level training in chemistry, materials science, immunobiology, or related fields; candidates who have obtained or are about to obtain their doctoral degree are eligible. In principle, applicants should be under 35 years of age, with flexibility for exceptionally qualified candidates.
2. Demonstrated research capability, including at least one high-quality first-author publication within the past five years. Solid theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in organic chemistry, materials science, molecular biology, and cell biology are required. Experience with advanced techniques such as single-cell sequencing, gene editing, or bioinformatics is highly desirable. Candidates should be diligent, responsible, capable of independent thinking and problem-solving, and able to conduct research independently while working effectively in a team.
3. Strong overall competencies, including excellent scientific writing skills in both Chinese and English, rigorous and pragmatic research attitude, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and a passion for scientific research with demonstrated innovation and independence.

Responsibilities
1. Research: Conduct original and forward-looking research; prepare and publish high-quality academic papers; participate in the writing and application of research grants.
2. Laboratory Management: Assist in mentoring graduate students; support daily laboratory operation and management.
3. Additional Duties: Actively contribute to the development of the research group; maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Compensation and Benefits
Postdoctoral researchers are employed under an annual salary system. Assistance is provided for household registration and children’s school enrollment in accordance with institutional policies.
